The Federation of Teachers of Jewish Schools endeavours to protect and advance the professional, economic and social welfare of its members by securing collective agreements.
Any and all persons employed as teachers by School Corporations whose programs include the teaching of Judaic Studies shall be eligible for membership with the FTJS.

Executive And Council
The Executive Committee proposes policies for consideration by the Council of Representatives, and executes policies established by the council.
The Council of Representatives is the policy forming body of the Federation which consists of elected representatives from each school and CPE.
